IPS E.MAX Porcelain Crowns Case Study

This 23 yr old patient came to us witht he chief complaint of spaces between her upper fron teeth and that her teeth looked long and outwardly placed. We took her dental records and study modelas and made a wax mockup. We decided to give her the crowns for her smile designing.

We made her all porcelain metal free crowns in IPS E.MAX and here are the before and after treatment pictures. Only four crowns on upper front four teeth were placed and the case was finished in 10 days time.
