Master of Dental Surgery or M.D.S. is a post graduate programme offered by dental colleges In India. The minimum qualification for this course is Bachelor of Dental Surgery (B.D.S.). Dental council of India (D.C.I) is the regulatory body for these courses. Currently the duration of course is three years after a 5 year B.D.S degree.

I have multiple years of professional experience with various dental clinics and hospitals in India. I am currently also serving as Professor and Head of the Department (Pedodontics & Preventive Dentistry), BRS Dental College and Hospital, Panchkula, Haryana.
​
I started Advanced Dental Care Center in 2005. We are the pioneers and leaders of dental tourism in India. Our clinic is a complete multi-specialty clinic with a strong emphasis on hygiene and sterilization. We have installed the latest and ultramodern equipment. We have a complete in-house facility for all types of advanced dental treatments including dental implants and laser dentistry.

DR. Gourav Ahuja, M.D.S
Is an expert Implantologist and Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon. He did his MDS from Government Dental College and Hospital, Amritsar and is a Gold Medalist. A fellow in Oral Implantologist, he has vast and rich experience in different type of implants and implant related procedures like zygomatic and pterygoid implants, ridge split, sinus lift surgeries, all in 4 prosthesis etc. His expertise extends to successful oral rehabilitation of medically compromised patients using implants.With numerous accolades and publications to his credit, he is currently working as medical officer, Dental at Civil Hospital Ropar (Punjab). He is credited with starting implant centre at Civil Hospital , Ropar and was one of the pioneers in motivating Punjab Government to start reimbursement for dental implants in government sector (one of the first kind of services in government dental setup in India).
