This 25 year old patient came to us from Kota, Rajasthan, India with the chief complaint of severe brownish discolration and spots on all of his teeth.

The patient wanted a smile makeover and wanted to remove the stains.

On careful clinical examination, it was diagnosed that the patient had generalised enamel hypoplasia because of the high fluoride content in the water in the region the patient lived in.
