This patient came to us with the chief complaint of discoloured teeth. On examintion, it was found that the teeth were grossly discoloured. The upper front two teeth were very long in height and the side teeth were very small. The patient also had two composite veneers on her upper fron two teeth that were completed about two years back.

We decided to increase the height of her adjacent upper side teeth before making her final porcelain veneers. We did DENTAL LASER gum lift procedure to accomplish that and after the desired length of the adjacent teeth was achieved, we made her porcelain veneers for all upper and lower teeth upto second premolars. The case was finished in 10 days time and here are the before and after treatment pictures. The veneers were done in IPS EMAX.
