This 19 year old patient came to us with irregular placement of her upper front teeth. The patient was unwilling to undergo comprehensive fixed orthodontic treatment for the correction of the same.

We took her complete clinical records including her study models, xrays and intraoral and extraoral photographs.

We planned her smile designing treatment. We performed the root canal treatment of her upper right front tooth and laser gum recontouring procedure for her complete upper arch to give uniform look to her teeth.

We then placed metal free all cermic crowns in IPS EMAX for her upper right and left central incisors and also placed porcelain veneers for her upper right and left lateral incisors.
