This 40 year old patient came to us with the chief complaint of missing lower front teeth. We studied the case, did the clinical examination, took his study models, records and full mouth x rays.

We decided to use same day implants by NOBEL BIOCARE. We placed three implants in the lower front area and provided the patient a five unit bridge in PFM(porcelain fused to metal).

​

We placed the implants in the morning and gave him his final fixed new bridge the very next day.
