This 22 yr old patient came with the chhief complaint of spots on his teeth.On clinical examination, it was concluded that the patient had generalise enamel hypoplasia which is a defect in the mineralisation and maturation of teeth.

We decided to give crowns on the front upper and lower teeth to improve the patient's smile and here are the before and after treatment pictures.
