This is a 79 year old lady who had been wearing a cast partial denture form past 18 years for her four missing teeth in the upper jaw and wanted a fixed replacement of teeth with implants.She came to us from Atlanta,Georgia,USA.

We took her full mouth x-rays and decided to go ahead with the dental implants and she also needed bone grafting and sinus lift procedures for placing her top back teeth as the bone level had gone considerably down in 18 years.

Hence,we performed a two stage procedure.In the first stage,we placed her implants and completed her bone grafting and sinus lift procedures.

In the second stage, we placed her permanent teeth on top of the implants after six months.
