Dental Implant Options after removal of all teeth
For the treatment of the complete jaw with implants after the removal of all the teeth, there are a number of options that can be worked out for the patients depending upon the bone condition, requirements and demands of the individual patient. Option 1: Fixed bridges with implants- Here we place six to eight implants in the either jaw and give implant supported fixed teeth like our natural teeth. Option 2:Implant overdentures/Implant supported removable fixed dentures In this option, we place 2, 4 or 6 implants in the either jaw and give fixed dentures with implants which can be removed by the patient. In this option we place normally six implants in the either jaw and give implant supported screw retained fixed denture kind of teeth which cannot be removed by the patient.
