This 19 year old patient came to us with the complaint of being very unhappy about her smile as the front upper teeth were irregularly placed and lot of gum tissue was showing.She wanted a quick solution and didnt want to undergo orthodontic treatment.
 		We took her records and photographs and planned her smile design treatment comprising of gum surgery to remove away the excess gum tissue that was showing and also veneers for upper front two teeth and metal free crowns for the two side teeth.The treatment took around three weeks time in total .Here are the pre and post treatment pictures. The patient went back happy and all pleased with her smile.
