After treatment planning, we put the latest fiber post in the root to build up a new tooth on top of it. We removed 2/3 of her root filling for that, put the fiber post or the pin, and completed the core build up in just one sitting of one hour.

Same day, we took her impressions for the porcelain fused to metal crown, gave her a temporary crown and sent her back to enjoy her vacation.

In the next visit she had her permanent crown.
